| If you weren't able to catch the CD Launch, then write down Saturday 7th October in your diary. George will be hosting a special in-store performance at Undertone (37a Elizabeth St Mall) on this day from 2pm-3pm. He will also be available for CD signings afterwards. Don't miss it! Mr Begbie will also be featuring in his debut gig at the Queens Head Cafe Bar on Monday 9th October. All are welcome, and entry is free. 7pm - 10pm. |

| Be sure to listen to ABC 936 AM on Tuesday 5th September to hear George's interview and special live-to-air performance. He will be interviewed at 3pm on Tuesday afternoon. Don't forget to catch George and his army of piano players at the Lark Distillery on Thursday 24th August, as they host George Begbie & Friends. 7pm- LATE, this is sure to become a fun, regular event. And as always, the Open Mic session towards the later end of the night is always worth sticking around for. |

You heard right, George's debut album "Something to think about" is finally finished! The album is due out in stores locally towards the end of July. The long-awaited CD Launch will be held at the Queens Head on Sunday 30th July, 5pm-6pm. Or you can order your copy online now -- just head to the Music section. There are samples to listen to and enjoy. |

A new year brings
a new website!
It's been a while, but it's here. There will soon be a whole bunch of
things for you to browse through, including a new Gallery and Live Gigs
page. Once the album is underway the online shop will be available as
well.
In other news, George is currently recording his debut album, which is
slated for release in Winter 2006. The first sngle, "Amy"
will be sent to radio in the coming weeks, so be sure to listen out for
it. The melodic musings of solo piano & voice, accompanied by some
of Hobart's finest musicians are what you can expect from his debut release.
Be sure to check back soon as some songs will be available in the Music
sectionfor your listening pleasure.
